Well suited for families travelling together, as there are several flats in one house. Great location for skiers: Ski descent from the house through deep snow to the family run, blue piste 40, possible. Or 900m on foot or by car to the Stöcklalm (no significant incline, parking spaces available). Kogl farm well-kept and clean, great view, nice landlord, gladly again!

Always have snow chains with you in winter.

The accommodation is idyllically situated directly on the mountain with a view of the Wilder Kaiser mountain massif. Super view. The handover of the keys was no problem. The farmer and his wife were on site at the agreed time and we were greeted in a very friendly manner and immediately shown into the flat. Beautiful kitchen, two bedrooms with large beds, bathroom with shower and WC. Everything is perfect for four people. The flat is 900 metres from the ski area, and in summer the Hexenwasser is just the same distance away. As we have already visited several holiday homes and flats in Söll and the surrounding area, this was one of the best. Thanks to my mate who recommended it to us. I can pass on this recommendation with a clear conscience. Great holiday. Thank you.

The family is incredibly great, they showed us everything we were interested in about the animals. They love animals anyway 😊 Pure relaxation. Great excursion options from there. Lovingly furnished, everything clean. I can only recommend the cheese and butter!

We had a lovely week. The location is beautiful and the flat is well equipped. The walk to the Hexenwasser is pleasant and from 5pm we were almost alone there. The hostess gave us a nice welcome and accompanied us during our stay. Our dog was happy in the informal surroundings.

An exciting journey up to 1000 metres by car. We were greeted by a very lovely family in a dreamlike setting. In flat no. 2, we were greeted by the sun every morning and a breathtaking view of the Wilder Kaiser. Beautiful rooms with everything you need, plus a bread roll service and a fridge available at all times as a small shopping source with butter, eggs, cheese, jam, yoghurt - just really cool. If you have any questions, there is always someone on site. Cows, sheep, a dog, a cat, runner ducks and the two house horses make it exciting for the little ones too. Nearby is the Stöcklalm - be sure to go for a meal - and Hexenwasser with a large children's playground.

Beautiful farmhouse with cosy holiday flats and very nice owners who were happy to fulfil our every wish! The bread rolls, fresh milk, jam and bacon that were always delivered to our door in the morning were delicious! The view of the Wilder Kaiser is an absolute dream and the proximity to the ski area is simply brilliant! Our children, aged 15, also really enjoyed the night skiing, which is only available at the Wilder Kaisee in Söll!

We were very satisfied with our accommodation, it had everything you need. Modern and comfortably furnished. The flat was in a very clean condition. The view of the Wilder Kaiser and the Köpfing (Gruber) farm is unique. We will be back next year and are already looking forward to it.
