Koglbauer - Apartment Nr 3

A very cosy holiday flat, we felt right at home. Everything you need is available Bread roll service if you want (also dairy products, fresh eggs etc.) The piste is just under 900 m away with its own car park. The landlords are very friendly and always have an open ear. We were on a skiing holiday with our children (14 and 16 years old). We would love to come back! Best regards from Brandenburg

We had a great time on the farm! Flat 3 is small but nice, the bread delivery service is great and the children had the opportunity to go into the stable, feed the animals and learn a lot. You can get to the piste on foot and if there is enough snow, you can even ski almost to the front door. The ski area has lots to offer for children, free of charge. We would love to come back!

Well suited for families travelling together, as there are several flats in one house. Great location for skiers: Ski descent from the house through deep snow to the family run, blue piste 40, possible. Or 900m on foot or by car to the Stöcklalm (no significant incline, parking spaces available). Kogl farm well-kept and clean, great view, nice landlord, gladly again!

The hosts are very concerned about the well-being of their guests. I can only recommend the farm. The description on the website is identical to our impressions. Fresh milk, butter, eggs, spreads and cheese are provided. The view is amazing. Thank you again for a great holiday on your farm. We will definitely be back.

The Friesinger family is very nice and always friendly and helpful. It was a lot of fun again on the beautiful, clean farm. We learned a lot about the farm and the holiday business, plus a schnapps and a snack. We will definitely be back. The holiday flat was in an impeccable, very clean condition. Everything you needed was available. The bread roll service was also very nice. And the view to the Kaiser and Bergdockter Haus mega. 😃

Clean and tidy apartment. Beds are good and bathroom is also neat and clean. Just a pity that you only have a sofa with dining table and no sofa. It is quite a very noisy flat.

Top location, beautiful apartment with excellent shower. Underfloor heating also very nice. Ski storage, very friendly reception and not forgetting the sweet dog Sinta🥰

Very nice location, gladly again

The host family is very nice and helpful. The flat is well kept and clean. When arriving, please note that you should not follow the directions of the sat nav, as it will lead you the wrong way along a forest road that you are not allowed to drive on. It is best to consult with the hosts beforehand.

It was just a perfect family holiday. Familiar, clean and nice. We have already booked again next year.

Very close to the witch water! Optimal for children

A simple but neat flat, clean and with everything you need for a short holiday. We were unfortunately unlucky this time, the first time we were there all alone and now all the flats were occupied, including above us. This caused quite a nuisance as they were two families with busy children and grandparents. For hours (until late at night), they were pounding on the floor and slamming doors. Of course, we don't blame the tenants but it was a bit of a setback for us because it was quite noisy.
