Positive: The flat makes a freshly renovated impression and is in a great location. Despite the attic flat, not too hot. Shopping can be done in a few minutes on foot, as well as the cable car. Negatives: Partly lack of cleaning in bathroom and on bed (hair) and a missing wardrobe. Only a small wardrobe behind the entrance door. No curtain in front of window in bedroom. Empty drink cans under sofa and on kitchen cupboard. Dog can run off behind garden shed, as well as over neighbour's garage, so not fully fenced. Cellar with sauna not very nice due to saltpetre and lack of hygiene.
The room is far too small for three people. The cleanliness left a lot to be desired.
